– Assisted the municipality of one of Bucharest’s administrative districts on structuring and approval of the thermal rehabilitation program of a few hundred blocks of flats and on all legal matters in connection with a series of public procurement procedures organized by the municipality for the purpose of awarding contracts for the purpose of achieving its objectives under the thermal rehabilitation program; rendered services included assisted on compliance matters under Romanian specific legislation, assisted on designing and conducting the procurement

– Assisted a natural gas distributor and grid constructor on a variety of legal matters in connection with the client’s day-to-day business activity; rendered services cover advice on corporate matters, dispute resolution, real estate, project finance, concessions, compliance

– Assisted an ESCO company active in energy production during the negotiations of a joint venture agreement for the implementation of a electrical and thermal generation capacity, construction of experimental facilities for managing the generated pollutants, construction of energy efficiency capacities for waste management purposes, performing works for achieving increased energetic efficiency of the plant; project value: EUR 800.000

– Assisted a natural gas distributor and grid constructor in the process for the negotiation of credit facilities in amount of EUR 3.4 million aimed at financing the client’s investments in its natural gas grid expansion, as well as of a security – loan agreement in amount of approximately EUR 1.5 million and guarantees thereon; specific assisted in connection with structuring the securities package and obtaining the necessary licenses and approvals

– Assisted a Romanian power plant with a project aimed at the retrofit and switch from fossil coal to biomass firing of a CHP, namely two of the four blocks of the power station were reshaped to biomass firing with an increase in power capacity of 50 MW
