– Assisted part of an international leasing network in performing due diligence investigations of Romanian companies activating in renewable energy field requiring funding for investments

– Assisted a Chinese-American private equity group as buyer on the share acquisition in a wind energy project of over 200 megawatt; services included performing the legal, financial and tax due diligence investigations, advised on various issues pertaining to construction and grid connection process, licenses and permits required under Romanian law, drafting and negotiating the transaction documents and advising on the tax structuring of the acquisition; project value: USD 10 million

– Assisted part of an international leasing network in financing some photovoltaic projects in total capacity of approx 7.5 MW, with financing amounts of approximately EUR 8.4 million

– Assisted part of an international leasing network, acting as lender, in performing a due diligence investigation on a solar farm project of 2 MW, for the purpose of granting a financing
