– Assisted a top-tier oilfield service company in two distinct public procurement procedures organized by a Romanian integrated oil company, the largest corporation in Romania and the largest oil and gas producer in Southeast Europe, for the award of (i) a Supply of Chemical Products and Related Services contract and (ii) a Chemical Treatment Services contract; rendered services in each procedure included preparation of the offer, including assessment of tender documentation and drafting proposals for clarification requests to be addressed

– Assisted a company active in the product areas of nuclear service, nuclear technology, magnet technology and environmental technology in preparing and submission of the offer, in the complaints filed by other bidders in front of NCSC and the competent courts of law and in the negotiation and conclusion of the public contract, all in relation with the tender organized for the award of the works contract for construction of a desulphurization installation (prepared under FIDIC Yellow Book); project value:

– Assisted a major US independent company active in the gas industry on all specific legal issues related to the process of acquisition of a gas company from the RPPF investors, assessing the legal issues related to the gas distribution and environmental issues related to the operation of the target company, as well as drafting all legal documents necessary for further implementation of the transaction and further formalities with the state authorities

– Assisted companies active in energy trade and optimization of electricity consumption in connection with the group’s business activity in Romania; rendered services include regulatory (electricity trading license extension, registration with the Romanian Gas and Electricity Market Operator – OPCOM), corporate matters (transfer or shares, company dissolution, seat relocation – lease including, directors appointment, share capital increases), contracts, tax consultancy (general matters, VAT reimbursement)

– Assisted a group of Belgian developers in the sale process of a solar farm; performed legal due diligence investigations, delivered vendor due diligence report and advised the client on various legal issues pertaining to grid connection, construction and construction related permits, other necessary approvals and licenses required under Romanian law for the development of the projects
