– Assisted a company active in energy trade and optimization of electricity consumption in the increase of the company’s share capital by EUR 10.5 million made by cash contribution; rendered services included drafting of the documents required for the implementation of the operations related to the share capital increase, client’s representation before the relevant authorities for the registration of the share capital increase and notification of the share capital increase to the competent energy authorities

– Assisted the global leader in the supply of systems, components and services in the area of water and wastewater technology in the amicable procedure for recovery of receivables as subcontractor within a public procurement contract

– Assisted the Poland office of an US based investment company as buyer in relation to the acquisition of a gas company, including full due diligence investigations related to the specific operation of the target company
