– Assisted a company active in the product areas of nuclear service, nuclear technology, magnet technology and environmental technology in the tender organized for the award of a rehabilitation and desulphurization works contract for a thermal power plant, as well as in filing a complaint with NCSC against the tender documentation criteria; project value: EUR 203 million

– Assisted company active in technologies in the area of water conservation, environment, transport, energy, construction and consulting services for social and economic development as buyer with diligence investigations on three local entities held by the seller in Romania, in view of a cross-border transaction
