– Assisted a beer producer and distributor in front of the courts in a litigation case related to the protection of one of its major trademarks
– Represented a European leading firm of patent and trademark agents in the process of registration of a significant number of trademarks with the National Trademark Registry (State Office for Patents and Trademarks, OSIM) specific for the telecommunication services and products classes
