– Represented a major multinational corporation active in the food industry in registering with the National Trademark Registry (State Office for Patents and Trademarks, OSIM) more than three hundred (300) trademarks and three industrial designs in various classes, including human and pet food, sweets, hygienic products etc; the firm continues to represent the client in managing the entire process of monitoring and updating the protection of its trademarks

– Represented a multinational client in the arbitral procedures in front of WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) according to the Rules for Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy approved by ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers), in order to obtain the transfer of the domain name

– Assisted one of the world’s leading suppliers of fast-moving consumer goods in front of the courts in a litigation case related to the patent over one of its products

– Represented a major multinational corporation active in the food industry in registering with the National Trademark Registry (State Office for Patents and Trademarks, OSIM) a significant number of designs in various classes including sweets, especially chocolate products and packaging, advertising boards, postcards etc; the firm continues to represent the client in managing the entire process of monitoring and updating the protection of its designs
