– Represented multinational and local companies active in a wide range of industries in various legal procedures for the enforcement of trademarks against manufacturers, importers, distributors and sellers of products with counterfeited packages or look-alike packages that could be considered confusingly similar to said trademarks

– Represented an US based citrus farmers’ enterprise in the process of renewal of one trademark with the National Trademark Registry (State Office for Patents and Trademarks, OSIM) specific for the beer and non-alcoholic drinks class

– Assisted a major US based sports equipment company in a dispute regarding an opposition to the registration of a similar trademark, settled in favor of the client by the Romanian State Office for Inventions and Trademarks

– Assisted the Romanian subsidiary of a Japanese automotive company in the conciliation procedure for the recovery of a domain name, pursuant to which the infringement of the trademark right was stopped
