– Assisted one of the most important energy suppliers and traders active in the SEE on matters in connection with the client’s day-to-day business activity; rendered services include corporate aspects for the Romanian mother companies and foreign subsidiaries, various real estate projects and advice on energy matters, covering regulatory and specific contracts

– Assisted a regulatory authority administering the mineral resources of Romania on issues related to the Romanian mining and petroleum laws, as they relate to the government’s efforts to attract foreign investment in the oil and gas sector and issues related to concessions thereon

– Assisted an European body organism with an aim to support the goals of the EU to promote a sustainable energy market and climate protection on various legal matters on licensing the client’s activity of professional lending in Romania, in connection with a subordinated loan committed to a Romanian bank, for the subsequent lending in ESCO and energy efficiency projects; rendered services included regulatory aspects, as well as reviewing and negotiating the loan agreements for subordinated loans

– Assisted a State owned electricity and heat generation company in connection with a CHP project, a greenfield project for setting up a new unit for the production of both electric and thermal energy as IPP (Independent Power Producer); assisted on the joint venture with the selected investors for the implementation of Braila power plant project

– Assisted a series of clients active in energy, medical equipment, IT&C in public procurement related litigation cases in front of NCSC (the Romanian administrative court on public procurement procedures) and in courts of law in connection with public procurement procedures organized for the award of over EUR 700 million.; project value: EUR 700 million
