– Assisted part of an international leasing network in financing a wind energy project in total capacity of 30 MW, with financing amounts of approximately EUR 39 million

– Assisted an oil and gas company on negotiating and drafting the license arrangements with an oil company with respect to the exploration project, including a review of the exploitation arrangements documentation of the oil fields and negotiation and drafting the related documents

– Assisted an active participant on liberalized and emerging energy markets across Europe on the client’s activity on the Romanian energy market through its subsidiary; work rendered involves internal due diligence analysis on the Romanian subsidiary’s activity, legal advice on its day-to-day business matters, as well as regulatory assisted in the company’s relation with the Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority

– Assisted one of Italy’s leading operators in the procurement, production and sale of electric power, natural gas and crude oil in a tender to partner with a Romanian electrical and heat and power producer and distributor in modernizing some of its thermal power plants (535 megawatt)

– Assisted one of the most important Slovak suppliers of power engineering and environmental construction in the submission of the pre-qualification documents for participation to the tender to partner with a subsidiary of a Romanian energy company, for the construction of a new cogeneration group at two chps by setting-up a mixed share capital company
