– Assisted the Poland office of an US based investment company on real estate issues related to the acquisition by the client of a gas company

– Assisted an IT company on all legal issues pertaining to moving the company’s premises to a new office building located in the North of Bucharest by letting a 1,600 sqm office; service rendered included obtaining all necessary corporate approvals, drafting and negotiating the lease agreement and the ancillary contracts for the office furnishing and fit-out, and making the necessary registrations with the Romanian authorities

– Assisted member of a Spanish food Group on performing due diligence investigations with respect to the acquisition of four farming companies located in the Constanta county; pursuant to the legal and financial assessment of the farming companies, the client was assisted during the acquisition of two of the targeted companies

– Assisted a major Flemish property investor on the acquisition of over 20 ha of land pursuant to the full due diligence investigation on all issues related to several plots located in the areas surrounding Bucharest, as well as during the negotiation and drawing up of the lease agreements with two major tenants for opening of stores/warehouses in the Shopping Cente

– Assisted the Romanian subsidiary of a medical equipment company as lessee, preparing and negotiating the office space lease agreement for the client’s headquarters
