– Assisted a German company, one of the leaders in retail and travel on the European market in their project aimed at closing-down the supermarkets operated under one of its two brands in Romania and also assisted on the lease agreements with each of new individual lessee – retailers active in fashion, sports and pharm

– Assisted one of the most active retail park developers on the Romanian market in the acquisition of 9 hectares of land in Bucharest, for the purpose of building two 12 floors office buildings with a total surface of 20,000 sqm (the first office building project of the Flemish real estate developer on the Romanian market), and a retail park including a shopping mall of approximately 100,000 sqm; project value: EUR 60 million

– Assisted a multinational consulting, technology and management services company on negotiating the agreements regarding the lease and fit-out of the headquarters in Bucharest, with a surface of approx. 1,500 sqm; work rendered included obtaining all necessary corporate approvals, and/or making the necessary registrations with the Romanian authorities

– Acted as Romanian counsel for the lender, an international financial institution that supports projects from central Europe to central Asia, in negotiating and drafting the finance documents in connection with the client’s granting a loan; project value: EUR 16 million

– Assisted a real estate developer, with EUR 300 million invested on the Romanian market during various acquisitions of land plots and constructions located in Bucharest
