– Assisted the world leader in information management services as lessee, preparing and negotiating the lease agreement for an area of over 3,500 sqm to be used for office, logistics, warehousing and trading activities and located in Bucharest, developed by a Czech-owned real estate developer acting as lessor in said agreement

– Assisted an office building company in front of the courts in two litigation cases filed against the client by the Bucharest City Hall, claiming damages in the range of millions of EUR for alleged unpaid financial rights under a supposed public-private partnership agreement
