– Assisted the first Romanian hotel chain during the entire process for the acquisition of a land plot located in the center of Bucharest, for the purpose of building a hotel; project value: EUR 4.5 million

– Assisted one of the most active retail park developers on the Romanian market on the acquisition of several land plots with a total surface of approximately 12.5 ha located in Focsani, as well as on all legal matters related to the financing and development by the client of a Retail Park in Focsani, up to the opening in 2008; the total built surface of the project was of 51,588 sqm; project value: EUR 60 million

– Assisted the world’s largest tire and rubber company on the renegotiation and amendment of the lease agreement regarding the client’s company headquarters in Romani

– Assisted a global marketing research company as borrower in relation to obtaining a EUR 10 million loan, for the purpose of financing the first development phase of the client’s sixth retail park in Romania; project value: EUR 10 million
