– Assisted a real estate developer on the acquisition by the client of several land plots with a total surface of over 13 ha, located in the North-East, as well as in the West part of Bucharest, for the purpose of developing residential projects; project value: EUR 10 million

– Assisted a multi-brand automotive dealer on the negotiation and conclusion of the lease agreement regarding the client’s company headquarters in Romani

– Advised the Romanian subsidiary of a world leading American based chemical company with regard to the negotiation and drawing up of the lease agreement for their headquarters in Romania (Bucharest) and their subsequent amendments

– Assisted a multinational consulting, technology and management services company in the opening of an IT outsourcing center in the northern area of Romania; services rendered included preparing and negotiating the agreements regarding the lease and fit-out of the new headquarters, with a surface of over 1,500 sqm; the firm is currently assisted on matters in connection with its business activity, including corporate, contracts and employment
