– Assisted a Nederland based holding company providing insurance and pension services in CEE and CIS in the entire process of selling an insurance company, including assistance in front of the Competition Council in respect of the notification of the economic concentration on the insurance market, pursuant to said sale; project value: EUR 70 million

– Assisted part of one of the largest financial groups active in the region on claims handling, monitoring and coordination, as well as assisted in insurance-related complex disputes on insurance coverage (body injury, moral and material damages) in connection with motor insurance policies, as well as in a series of litigation cases

– Assisted a Nederland based holding company providing insurance and pension services in CEE and CIS in the process of acquisition of the majority stake in an insurance company and on all corporate matters related to shareholding thereof, as well as implementation of their acquisition strategy

– Assisted part of one of the largest financial groups active in the region on competition matters in connection with the sector inquiry initiated by the Romanian Competition Council on the car insurance market

– Assisted part of one of the largest financial groups active in the region as buyer in the acquisition from the largest bank in Greece of the non-life portfolio of a Romanian company and in the subsequent acquisition of the 100% ownership in said insurance company
