– Assisted an UK-based insurance and reinsurance company in connection with damages suffered by a major bank operating on the Romanian market due to a bank fraud committed by one of the insured’s employees, including policy coverage assessment and assisted in criminal court proceedings; assisted on claims handling, monitoring and coordination, as well as assisted in insurance-related disputes on insurance coverage (body injury, moral and material damages)

– Assisted a member of a world leading property-casualty and general insurance organization in connection with the handling, monitoring and coordination of an event under a green-card policy, as well as in relevant criminal court proceedings; assisted in connection with negotiating with injured parties, out-of-court negotiations and settlement proceedings, as well as in litigation cases, in connection with body injury, moral and material damages

– Assisted a member of a world leading property-casualty and general insurance organization in connection with the handling, monitoring and coordination of an event under a cargo policy

– Assisted a major independent international private equity group in the acquisition of the majority stake in an insurance company and in the acquisition of 100% of the shares in another insurance company

– Assisted a major independent international private equity group in the intra-group sale of the majority stake in two Romanian insurance companies, towards an insurance-focused joint venture
