– Assisted a subsidiary of a leading international insurance organization on their day-to-day business activity, including advice on general corporate and commercial matters, regulatory and compliance, claims handling, monitoring and coordination, as well as assisted in insurance-related complex disputes on insurance and reinsurance coverage

– Assisted the former CEO, Deputy CEO and two other members of the Board of Directors of a subsidiary of a leading international insurance organization in a dispute regarding the annulment of the maximum fine ever applied to individuals by the Romanian Insurance Supervisory Commission

– Assisted one of the most important insurance companies in Romania on various employment matters, including conducting various assessments and providing memoranda related to personnel rotation aspects, termination options (dismissal, job position cancellation etc), reviewing the client’s collective employment agreement

– Assisted the Romanian subsidiary of one of the most important insurance companies in Germany on various competition matters, including conducting a company-wide competition compliance program – conducting an audit of existing business practices across various business lines, preparing key findings report and implementing recommendations (as the case), defining antitrust policies and manual, designing and implementing training programs for employees and management

– Assisted various insurance companies on insurance-related complex disputes on insurance and reinsurance coverage including advice on EUR multi-million claims investigations regarding a wide variety of policies; assisted on out-of-court negotiations with injured parties and settlement, as well as in courts, in claims for body injury, moral and material damages
