– Assisted member of a Spanish food products Group on performing due diligence investigations with respect to the acquisition of four farming companies located in Constanta county; pursuant to the legal and financial assessment of the farming companies, the firm provided legal assistance during the acquisition of two of the target companies

– Assisted one of Turkey’s largest business conglomerates as buyer on acquiring majority shares stake in a store chain and brand; project value: EUR 5 million

– Assisted the Poland office of an US based investment company as buyer in relation to the acquisition of a gas company, including full due diligence investigations related to the specific operation of the target company

– Assisted one of the most important real estate companies in the CEE and SEE region as buyer in the acquisition of an Office Buildings company, in a transaction considered the largest investment on the Romanian market as of the date of its closing; project value: EUR 90 million

– Assisted a Japanese based chemicals company on the Romanian law aspects in connection with the client’s intended cross-border acquisition of a capsule manufacturer; rendered services included conducting due diligence investigations and delivering the relevant reports on two Romanian subsidiaries of the target company
