– Assisted the global leader in the non-alcoholic beverage industry in the acquisition of the third Romanian mineral water producer, including conducting extensive due diligence investigations with respect to the company, drawing up and negotiating all the necessary documentation for the acquisition, merger clearance and further implementation of the formalities with the state authorities

– Assisted a major Greek company, active in the food industry on the acquisition by the client of the Romanian entity minority shareholders’ participations

– Assisted an important integrated telecommunications services provider active on the Romanian market on the entire acquisition process of the most significant operators of alternative voice services for corporate customers; rendered services also included assisted on merger clearance, with special attention required because of past acquisitions

– Assisted the majority shareholder in a natural gas supplier and distributor group in the process of selling the group; the firm prepared the submissions filed in response to the additional queries of the anti-trust regulator following the initial relevant notification, mainly aimed at determining whether there had been a requirement for a previous notification of an economic concentration

– Assisted a Romanian publishing group as seller in the takeover of the local publishing group by a foreign group in a multimillion Euro transaction
