– Assisted the local subsidiary of a Cypriot bank the local management in connection to the warranties to be granted by the seller based on the endorsements from the local management, as well as on other Romanian regulatory aspects in connection with the client’s the mother company intent of selling its majority stake in the Romanian; also assisted the bank in renewing its D&O policy with extended run-off coverage

– Assisted a foreign investor as prospective buyer in connection with its attempted acquisition of the company holding a major five star hotel active in Bucharest; rendered services covered conducting a due diligence investigation on the target company, as well as advice on the transaction negotiation and structuring

– Assisted the largest private player on the Belgian renewable energy market in a series of transactions for the acquisition of wind farms in the Black Sea region and Central-West region of Romania; rendered services include due diligence investigations and report, drafting and negotiating the transaction documents, post-closing assistance

– Assisted a Nederland based holding company providing insurance and pension services in CEE and CIS, and the largest and most powerful insurance company on the Romanian market in the integration of the administrator of a pillar II private pensions fund, within a banking Group, in a transaction representing one of the first transfers of a pensions fund on the Romanian market

– Assisted a multinational company, part of a leading global information and measurement group on the acquisition by the client of the majority stake in a market research and stock visibility company, as well as on implementing the relevant corporate changes following said acquisition
