– Assisted a multi-brand automotive dealer (Fiat, Fiat Professional, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Abarth, Jeep, Maserati, Infiniti) in a series of litigation cases – including insolvency of key clients and product liability claims – preparing relevant case strategy, assisted in negotiations and in front of the courts, designing settlement structures.

– Assisted the Romanian subsidiary of a major Japanese automotive company in the conciliation procedure for the recovery of a domain name, pursuant to which the infringement of the trademark right was stopped.

– Assisted the Romanian subsidiary of a major Japanese automotive company in a product liability claim filed against the client, with a favorable final court decision ruled by the Romanian courts, as well as assisted in negotiations in a series of claims filed by end users, all amicably settled with the claimants.

– Assisted the world’s largest tire and rubber company on various corporate and commercial matters related to the client’s day-to-day business activity.

– Assisted in sector inquiry initiated by the Romanian Competition Council on car insurance, repair and motor vehicle market.
