– Assisted the Romanian subsidiary of a major Japanese automotive company during the entire process of acquisition of several plots of land located in the North of Bucharest, designed for the construction of a show-room; project value: EUR 4.5 million.
– Provided a multi brand car dealer and auto service (Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Land Rover, Range Rover, Mitsubishi, Ford, Hyundai) with an extensive competition assessment in connection with the Ford dealer agreements termination process.
– Acted as Romanian legal counsel of the borrower, a company managing all the tire businesses of several major brands, in the renegotiation and drafting the security package documentation for a term loan and revolving credit agreement; project value: EUR 505 million.
– Assisted a multi-brand automotive dealer (Fiat, Fiat Professional, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Abarth, Jeep, Maserati, Infiniti) on obtaining a credit facility from BCR Leasing IFN, to be used for financing the client’s acquisition of new auto vehicles from the car manufacturer Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Italy SPA; project value: EUR 2.5 million.
– Assisted a multi-brand automotive dealer (Fiat, Fiat Professional, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Abarth, Jeep, Maserati, Infiniti), as seller, in the acquisition by Mediterranean Car Agency, in the first exit on the Romanian automotive market.
