– Assisted the leading Romanian cable TV operator and a major broadband internet and alternative voice services provider, part of the international leading communications group Liberty Media Inc., in an international arbitration procedure conducted at the London Court of Arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Paris ICC for the release of a Holdback Amount in a dispute related to the agreement for the sale and purchase of shares.

– Assisted the world’s largest tire and rubber company in a series of litigation cases – including commercial, insolvency cases, product liability claims – preparing relevant strategy, assisted in negotiations and in front of the courts, designing settlement structures.

– Assisted one of the largest Japanese manufacturers of wire harnesses and other automotive components in the acquisition process of a Spanish specialized corporation with production units in Spain, Mexico and Romania.

– Assisted the world’s largest tire and rubber company on the renegotiation and amendment of the lease agreement regarding the client’s company headquarters in Romania.

– Assisted a company managing all the tire businesses of several major brands throughout the European Joint Venture territory on various legal matters related to the client’s day-to-day business activity, including corporate and commercial, competition, financing, insolvency.
