– Assisted an US based buyer in acquiring a local group of companies acting in the same industry, as part of its European extension plan; services rendered included the due diligence exercise over the targeted companies, provided comprehensive advice in relation to the remedy actions to be implemented in view of the successful closing of the deal and assisted as buyer during the negotiation and completion of the transaction documents; project value: over EUR 2 million

– Assisted a financial group with presence in the European market in the tentative acquisition of a small Romanian bank

– Assisted the shareholders of one of the largest call center companies in Romania as sellers, in the transfer of all of their shares to two entities belonging to a German Group

– Assisted the leading local provider of recover sports medicine services regarding the transfer of business to the biggest private medical services provider in Romania, also integrating the management team of the seller. The deal encompassed a complex earn-out mechanism and specific buyer’s commitments to further investments. Services included assistance from negotiation and up to the completion of the transaction documents and implementation of the business transfer; project value: over EUR 10 million

– Assisted an insurance company, member of a major Insurance Group in the process of acquisition of two Romanian insurance companies, followed by a merger between all three entities
