– Assisting a potential US based investor in acquisition of a small Romanian bank with mostly frozen activity owned by a Romanian entrepreneu

– Assisted a Romanian plant with more than 260 years of history and experience in producing steel and rolled products in the sale of a spin-off of its energy production facilities; by this transaction the client sold its newly created hydro-power division to one of the largest energy producers, suppliers and distributors; project value: EUR 19.8 million

– Assisted a private individual, shareholder in a Romanian-based publishing company as seller in the disposal of their participation in a Romanian publishing company to a German-based publishing group; rendered services include advice on all phases of this share deal

– Assisted one of the most active retail park developers on the Romanian market as seller in the client’s second real estate project exit on the local market – the sale of the 140,000 sqm Retail Park developed by the client in a Romanian city; project value: EUR 90 million
