Assisted the leader on the Romanian market of pharmaceuticals distributors in a competition related litigation case against the Competition Council regarding the largest single fine ever imposed by the Romanian competition regulator, i.e. EUR 13.5 million; the firm was successful in obtaining for the client the full annulment of this fine, after having also obtained a stay order for the said; with the decision of the Competition Council applied to a group of market players (including the client) for creating an alleged price-fixing cartel on the insulin market, this was an instrumental success, as our client was the only one of said group who obtained such full annulment and stay order
