– Assisted a multinational consulting, technology and management services company in the negotiation of the services agreement for customization of IT solutions for business processes, concluded with a major Romanian oil and gas company

– Assisted the leading Romanian cable TV operator and a major broadband internet and alternative voice services provider in front of Romanian courts in a series of more than 20 litigation cases regarding alleged breach of consumer protection regulations, cases initiated by the Romanian Customers Protection Agency following customers’ complaints against the client

– Assisted a major IT solutions company on all legal issues pertaining to the client’s opening its Romanian subsidiary, as well as on corporate, contract and employment matters related to its day-to-day business activity

– Assisted a series of clients active in energy, medical equipment, IT&C in public procurement related litigation cases in front of NCSC (the Romanian administrative court on public procurement procedures) and in courts of law in connection with public procurement procedures organized for the award of over EUR 700 million.; project value: EUR 700 million
