– Assisted a subsidiary one of the so called Big Four commercial banks in Ireland as lender in connection with financing equipment acquisitions performed by two Romanian companies; rendered services included due diligence on the borrowers, negotiating and drawing up the finance documents and the security documents and assisting on the necessary formalities with the Electronic Archive and other public records involved in registering the securities

– Assisted one of the leading integrated electronic communication service providers in Romania in front of the Competition Council in respect of the notification of the economic concentration on the telecommunications market, pursuant to a transaction that cumulated 16% of the relevant market

– Assisted a Romanian company, supplier of software applications and complex information systems dedicated to financial and banking companies in revising and drafting the services agreements specific to its business activity, including services agreements for software solutions and complex informational systems

– Assisted a leading global financial services company, an universal bank serving both retail and corporate clients, as lenders in connection with a loan granted to a Romanian leading TV and internet services provider to be used for refinancing and acquisitions; project value: up to EUR 300 million

– Assisted one of the leading integrated electronic communication service providers in Romania as borrower on negotiating and drafting the finance documents for obtaining a loan from the EBRD, to be used for the acquisition by the client of a TV-cable company and developing of its TV, telephony and internet network
