– Assisted the pioneer internet provider in Romania as seller in the transaction for a takeover by a communication company based in the USA; project value: USD 6 million

– Assisted a multinational consulting, technology and management services company in the opening of an IT outsourcing center in the northern area of Romania; services rendered included preparing and negotiating the agreements regarding the lease and fit-out of the new headquarters, with a surface of over 1,500 sqm; the firm is currently assisted on matters in connection with its business activity, including corporate, contracts and employment

– Assisted the leading Romanian cable TV operator and a major broadband internet and alternative voice services provider in a major court case related to the interconnection tariffs regulated by the National Regulatory Authority for Communications and Information Technology

– Assisted an international cable operator which owns and operates broadband communications networks in Europe in the share deal for the acquisition of the Romanian TV cable market leader in this field; services also covered assisted in front of the Competition Council regarding the notification of the economic concentration pursuant the acquisition, with a resulting market share that exceeded 30%; project value: USD 400 million

– Assisted the first GSM network in Romania on debt recovery issues pertaining to overdue client accounts, with over 10,000 client accounts managed each year, for more than 5 years; rendered services included assessing the optimal legal procedures for debt recovery, from notice sending, representation in court files, insolvency procedures and enforcement procedure, while implementing the best legal approach such that to ensure high collection rates
