– Assisted an integrated technology company with activities in the fields of industry, energy and healthcare on general tax and accounting matters in connection with the company’s day-today business activity

– Assisted one of the largest call center companies in Romania as sellers, in the transfer of all of their shares to two entities belonging to a German Group

– Assisted the central public regulatory authority for telecommunications and informatics services in several court cases related to the interconnection tariffs between network operators and initiated by major and regular network operators claiming either the increase or the decrease of the tariffs according to each specific interest

– Acted as Romanian counsel for a private equity funds consortium including in relation to the regional acquisition of an alternative telecom service operator; services included advice on general corporate matters, as well as in relation to the EUR 200 million financing of the leverage take-over and assisted on the Romanian security package and intra-group loans restructuring

– Assisted a major IT solutions company, acting as provider, in negotiating and concluding custom IT solutions agreements with a series of beneficiary companies
