– Assisted a multi-brand automotive dealer on various projects related to the client’s day-to-day business activity, including corporate reorganization, financing, designing and negotiating security packages

– Assisted a branch specialized in the field of fresh blueberry in setting up a subsidiary in the Hunedoara county, Romania, including advice on various matters concerning the employment law, especially regarding issues related to the conclusion of employment and management agreements, such as the rights and obligations of both the employees and the employer, the taxes and contributions they must pay, other benefits that the employees should receive (private health insurance, meal tickets etc)

– Assisted a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company on all legal issues pertaining to moving the company’s premises to a new office building in the West of Bucharest by letting a 5,400 sqm office and subsequent changes to the initial leased area; work rendered included obtaining all necessary corporate approvals, drafting and/or negotiating the lease agreement and the ancillary contracts for the office furnishing and fit-out, and making the necessary registrations with the Romanian authorities

– Assisted the Romanian subsidiary of one of the most important insurance companies in Germany on a series of competition legal matters, including assisted in investigations conducted by the Romanian Competition Council, implementing a competition compliance program following a prior assessment, conducting an audit of existing business practices across various business lines (including interviews with employees and managers, review of documents, contracts and correspondence), preparing key findings report and implementing recommendations (as the case), defining antitrust policies and manual, designing

– Assisted a major European airline company on performing all necessary corporate amendments and procedures in front of the Trade Registry and in relation to an insolvency procedure
