– Assisted a company managing all the tire businesses of major brands throughout the European territory on various legal matters related to the client’s day-to-day business activity, including corporate and commercial, competition, financing, insolvency

– Assisted one of the leaders in German and European trading and travel in their project aimed at closing-down the supermarkets operated under one of its two brands in Romania. While the locations of the closed supermarkets were owned by the client, all of them large-area commercial spaces, the client decided to use part of the surface of each location to open supermarkets under its second brand (under expansion) and to attract lessees for the remaining areas. – Assisting the local subsidiary of a Cypriot bank in the revision of the transaction documents with emphasizing on the warranties to be granted by the seller based on the endorsements from the local management, as well as on other Romanian regulatory aspects and assisted closing; we also advised the bank in renewing its D&O policy with extended run-off coverage, including in the negotiation with the international insurance broker intermediating the renewal; project value: over 20 million

– Assisted a company active on the chilled goods logistics market by providing corporate advice and assisted in front of the Trade Registry

– Assisted one of the leaders in German and European trading and travel on a series of legal matters related to the client’s business activity such as: (i) negotiating and signing of agreements with suppliers, distributors and other service providers (ii) advice related to various controls from different Romanian public authorities, as well as assisted in connection with the procedure of obtaining specific permits (iii) activities related to social responsibility involvement, (iv) trademark related issues, (v) labor law etc.
