– Assisted a local publishing house, active in the sector of children book titles and educational book titles in the transfer of part of its business activity and making a joint venture with a German based group of companies, one of the leading European publishing houses in educational materials, dedicated both to scholastic and adult education. The partners provided for different corporate mechanisms and options to be exercised conditional upon the financial results of the venture. Services provided included assistance

– Assisted the largest private player on the Belgian renewable energy market on a variety of legal issues related to the client’s wind farm investments in the Black Sea region and Central-West region of Romania, including corporate advice

– Assisted a German global banking and financial services company in the project for setting up a technology center in Romania and successfully obtaining a State aid incentive; advising on corporate, State aid monitoring, employment, lease, tax, compliance, contracts and other day-to-day related matters

– Assisted a natural gas distributor and grid constructor on a variety of legal matters in connection with the client’s day-to-day business activity; rendered services cover advice on corporate matters, dispute resolution, real estate, project finance, concessions, compliance

– Assisted a major international law firm, active globally, acting on behalf of one of its clients – a world leading American-based multinational technology company – during the process of said company’s relocation into Europa House office building, including due diligence on the new premises and legal assisted in the negotiations with the landlord and constructors
