– Represented a major Korean rubber and plastics footwear company in the process of renewal of one trademark with the National Trademark Registry (State Office for Patents and Trademarks, OSIM) specific for the shoes class

– Assisted a research-driven, global, integrated pharmaceutical company headquartered in India on its day-to-day business activity; regulatory advice on pharmaceuticals products and food supplements, liaising with the national health authorities (Ministry of Health, NHIH), associations memberships, advertising restrictions; general advice on corporate matters, intellectual property, tax; assisted in debt collection procedures and litigation cases

– Assisted a member a leading client-centric global universal bank in the project for setting up a technology center in Romania, also covering intellectual property related matters in connection with the new company

– Represented the largest Romanian brewery in the entire process of protecting its trademark against a competitor, including legal assessments of the client’s rights, options of actions and representation in court

– Assisted a major IT solutions company on all matters related to the employment of the company’s employees: labor agreements, applicable collective bargaining agreements, atypical working time and the corresponding salary rights, intellectual property rights under the employment agreements, mobility and confidentiality clauses, as well as other aspects pertaining to the applicable provisions of the Labor Code and relation with the labor authorities
