Assisted the largest private player on the Belgian renewable energy market in the acquisition and development of a series of wind farms in the Black Sea region and Central-West region of Romania; performing legal and tax due diligence investigations, delivering relevant reports, advised on various legal issues pertaining to grid connection, construction and construction related permits, EPC and O&M agreements regarding wind parks, agreements with neighboring landowners, grant of subsidies process, necessary approvals and licenses required under Romanian law for the development of the projects, specifically production and sale of electricity
