The law firm Voicu & Filipescu SCA changed its name to Voicu & Asociații SCA.
This change of name reflects the current legal structure after the retirement of Mugur Filipescu in 2019, in line with the requirements of the profession, while preserving the firm’s identity and core values, creativity, constructive spirit and long-term relationship. Now in its third decade of existence, Voicu & Asociații has proved to be a real business catalyst for its clients’ businesses, nationally and internationally renowned companies represented throughout the years with professionalism in complex projects and cases before courts of law and arbitration tribunals.
Together with the law firm, the name of the affiliated tax consultancy firm, Voicu & Filipescu Tax Advisers becomes Voicu Financial & Tax Advisers.

To accommodate this change, the firm’s website becomes www.voicu-asociatii.ro, now available at www.vf.ro. All the other legal information such as Firm address, registration number, VAT number, bank account remains unchanged.
