Bucharest, 28.11.2023 – Following the expansion of the firm’s portfolio and the volume of mandates this year, Voicu & Asociații has carried out a new recruitment process this autumn, with the aim of consolidating its team with talented professionals contributing constructively to advising and representing companies in various areas of law.
Carmen Bordei, Andreea Radu and Emilia Mirea thus join Voicu & Associates as Associates, contributing to the expansion of the firm’s team of lawyers.
Carmen Bordei is a specialised lawyer in corporate and commercial law, providing assistance in the areas of corporate governance, contracts, labour law, mergers and acquisitions. Her practice also covers advice under real estate law, being involved in due diligence projects and compliance issues, as well as providing legal representation to clients before Romanian institutions and public authorities.
Andreea Radu is a specialized dispute resolutions lawyer ensuring legal representation of clients before common law courts and in arbitral procedures, in consumer protection, real estate and administrative cases. Her professional portfolio also includes advising clients, international companies, in cases concerning financial and capital market regulations.
Emilia Mirea specializes in business law being part of legal teams assiting clients in projects on a wide range of corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance, consumer protection and real estate.
The firm also offers support to law school students by creating two Trainee positions helping future proffessionals to explore the opportunity of business lawyer career through legal internships in a professional and friendly environment.
