Litigation won by Voicu & Filipescu lawyers in public procurement practice

The team of specialized lawyers ensured the representation of the client in various cases in which, based on solid arguments and pleas, obtained favorable solutions for the client which involved, among others, the requalification in the procedure as a result of the abusive disqualification based on an alleged conflict of interest, demonstrating that there is no real conflict, which would harm competition and which was not proven in any case, the cancellation of a decision issued by a mayor’s office in the Municipality of Bucharest to cancel the tender due to the alleged lack of funds, maintaining the result of a tender procedure organized by the Regia Naţională a Pădurilor Romsilva (Romanian state-owned enterprise responsible for dealing with protection, preservation and development of publicly owned forests of the Romanian state, and the management of hunting and fishing grounds), which was contested by a disqualified participant for the lack of specific professional experience of a key expert, as well as winning and signing an important contract with the same contracting authority after numerous appeals, complaints and requests to intervene in a tender in which three reports of the procedure were issued, there is a close battle to challenge the score given to key experts for specific professional experience.
