| În data de 25 decembrie 2022, a intrat în vigoare Legea nr. 367/2022 privind dialogul social care stabilește un nou cadru legal de reglementare a dialogului social în România. Acest nou act normativ abrogă Legea nr. 62/2011 și aduce modificari și reglementări noi în această materie, precum cele privitoare la instituția reprezentantului salariaților, drepturile și reprezentativitatea organizațiilor sindicale, readucând totodată în cadrul legislativ contractul colectiv de muncă la nivel național și obligația negocierii colective pentru mai mulți angajatori. | On December 25, 2022, has entered into force Law no. 367/2022 on social dialogue which establishes a new legal framework for the regulation of social dialogue in Romania. This new normative act repeals Law no. 62/2011 and brings changes and new regulations in this matter, such as those regarding the institution of the representative of employees, the rights and representativeness of trade union organizations, while also bringing back into the legislative framework the collective labor agreement at national level and the obligation of collective bargaining for several employers. |
