The research for each practice is conducted based on the careful analysis of our projects from the relevant period on complex criteria related to the professionalism of the team, the legal difficulty of the cases and transactions, the size and scope of the projects, customer feedback, among others.

PPP and Procurement “enjoys a good reputation in the market, representing numerous transportation, industrial and healthcare companies on their tenders for public contracts. As well as the bid stage, the team assists with financing packages, subcontracting agreements, facilities management and handles any subsequent disputes. Practice co-head Raluca Mihai has a strong specialization in this field, regularly advising on every stage of the process. Restructuring and Insolvency“a highly-specialized insolvency practice with a strong track record in liquidations and debt recovery proceedings Mariana Popa heads the team, both as lawyer and head of the firm’s specialist company VF Insolventa SPRL, which regularly acts as official receiver in major insolvency proceedings. The team is well equipped to handle high-volume debt collection projects for public and private sector clients.”
