Mr. Mugur Filipescu, outstanding lawyer, co-founder of the law firm Voicu & Filipescu, has passed away.

As a coordinating partner within Voicu & Filipescu and one of the firm’s founders, Mugur Filipescu was an exceptional lawyer, of high professionalism, being devoted to the profession he practiced starting 1995. In 2019 he retired due to health problems.
Throughout his career, Mugur Filipescu represented clients from Romania and abroad, as a team leader, in all stages of their business activities.
He was an example to generations of lawyers and a respected colleague throughout the justice community.
We will miss Mugur dearly. God rest him in peace!
