– Assisted the leading manufacturer of wood-based panel and associated products on the due diligence investigations aimed at the acquisition by the client of two wood processing factories owned by the Italian market leader group, also covering all real estate related legal issues regarding the target companies
– Assisted one of the most active retail park developers on the Romanian market as lessor, preparing and negotiating complex lease agreements with large tenants of commercial centres located in Sibiu, Targu Mures, Braila, Focsani, Bacau and Drobeta Turnu Severin, developed by the client
– Assisted a London-based private equity fund during the process of acquisition of a plot of land of 10 ha located in Ploiesti, as well as on aspects regarding the Romanian market necessary for the listing of the fund on the AIM market; project value: EUR 7.5 million
– Assisted one of the largest real estate developers in Europe as seller in the sale to a French retailer of a commercial space in a retail park in Constanta developed by the client, a transaction aimed at the buyer’s developing its supermarkets network
