– Assisted Romania’s largest banking group in the process aimed at securing the loans granted to retail and corporate customers, by assessing the ownership documentation for more than 1,000 files in a period of four months and issuance of individual legal opinions for each specific case

– Assisted a major IT solutions company on the negotiation and conclusion of the lease agreement regarding the client’s company headquarters located in a complex office building located north of Bucharest; work rendered included obtaining all necessary corporate approvals, drafting and/or negotiating the lease agreement and the ancillary contracts for the office furnishing and fit-out, and making the necessary registrations with the Romanian authorities
