– Assisted one of the largest real estate developers in Europe as landlord in the negotiation and drawing up of more than 50 lease agreements for the commercial center Polus Center Constanta, developed by the client

– Assisted a private equity fund as borrower on obtaining a credit facility aimed at financing the development of the client’s Logistics Center project, with an area of 5.6 ha; project value: EUR 26 million

– Assisted one of the most important real estate companies in the CEE and SEE region as buyer in the acquisition of office buildings, in a transaction considered the largest investment on the Romanian market as of the date of its closing; project value: EUR 90 million

– Assisted a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company on all legal issues pertaining to letting space in a new office building in Timisoara in excess of 1,000 sqm; work rendered included obtaining all necessary corporate approvals, drafting and/or negotiating the lease agreement and the ancillary contracts for the office furnishing and fit-out, and making the necessary registrations with the Romanian authorities

– Assisted a real estate developer as borrower on obtaining a credit facility aimed at financing the first development stage of a 2,500 unit residential project developed by the client in the Western part of Bucharest; project value: EUR 43 million
