– Assisted the largest private player on the Belgian renewable energy market with a dispute regarding the non-admittance for reimbursement of the VAT on grounds of failure to complete the green energy investment projects
– Assisted a chemical industry company in a litigation case on patent validity and protection
– Assisted a Romanian state-owned operator in front of the Bucharest County Court in a litigation case having as object a bankruptcy
– Assisted one of the most important companies on the IT system integrators market in Romania in the claim filed by the client under Romanian public procurement legislation in front of the National Council for Solving Complaints
