-Assisted a franchisee of major brands in romania on various employment projects, including employees secondment, assisted in investigations conducted by the labor inspectorate, agreements with former employees regarding training expenses

-Assisted a major it solutions company on all legal issues pertaining to the client’s opening its romanian subsidiary, as well as on corporate, contract and employment matters related to its day-to-day business activity

-Assisted a franchisee of major brands in romania in a litigation case initiated by a former employee following the client’s decision of dismissing the said for reasons related to employee misconduct; this case was successfully settled by the court in favor of the client, including in the recourse procedural phase; assisted in the process of conducting a preliminary disciplinary investigation related to the alleged misconduct of one of the company’s employees
