-Assisted the romanian subsidiary of a worldwide diversified infrastructure, finance and media company on the termination of employment following the reorganization of the activity, as well as in a lawsuit on the termination of employment

-Advised a private equity fund, part of a swedish group by providing general payroll assistance services in connection with the company’s business activity; rendered services include preparing the monthly payroll, assisted in day-to-day employees related issues, reconciliation of fiscal record of the client company

-Assisted a multinational consulting, technology and management services company on various employment matters, including drawing up employment agreements for the subsidiary’s employees and advising the company on issues related to employment, such as non-compete clauses, employee benefits, paid leaves, work permits, secondment of employees, payroll assistance

-Assisted a company acting on the insurance market in front of the courts in three litigation cases with respect to employment matters specific to the client’s industry

-Assisted an asset management company on the methods of terminating the employment agreements and implications of each method of termination from the employer’s standpoint
