– Assisted a washable and alkyd-based paints producer as seller on the investment of a private equity fund in the client’s company
– Assisted Romania’s leader in facility management in a share deal involving an Investment Fund, a world giant in its line of business, which acquired 30% of the former’s shares and retained the right to buy the remaining shares, as well
– Assisted an investment fund in the acquisition of 63% of the shares in a Hotel located in a Romanian beach resort
– Assisted one of the leading integrated electronic communication service providers in Romania as buyer in a series of transactions aimed at the acquisition of the majority stake in several IT&C companies; rendered services included advice on all telecom due diligence issues, negotiations and drawing up the acquisition documents; project value: EUR 20 million (cumulated value)
