– Assisted an energy company in connection with the acquisition of shares in two local entities held by an independent principal investor and private equity advisor focused on investments within Central and Eastern Europe

– Assisted one of the most active retail park developers on the Romanian market as seller in the client’s first real estate project exit on the Romanian market – the sale to a British investments fund of an approximately 50,000 sqm Retail Park (the first investment of the client on the Romanian market, and the first largest retail park in Transylvania); project value: EUR 60 million

– Assisted a major independent international private equity group in the process for the collection and the registration of shares from approximately 7,000 of the minority shareholders of a Romanian Bank, holding 20% of the bank’s shares, and subsequently in the sale of the said 20% stock to a Hungarian bank held by a German Group

– Assisted the leading manufacturer of wood-based panel and associated products in the entire process of acquisition (due diligence, negotiation of the transaction documents, competition fillings, etc.) Of two wood processing factories held by an Italian group; project value: EUR 200 million (public estimation)

– Assisted one of the leaders in consumer research on the acquisition by the client of the majority stake in a market research and stock visibility company, as well as on implementing the relevant corporate changes following said acquisition
